In conjunction with the YCS – George Washington School, The Foundation expanded the STEPS TO RESPECT, a bullying prevention program, by purchasesing the SECOND STEP: Student Success Through Prevention Program.
SECOND STEP teaches empathy and communication, emotion-management, coping skills, and decision making. These skills help students stay engaged in school, make good choices, set goals and avoid peer pressure, substance abuse, bullying and cyber bullying.
Navajo Preparatory School, Inc. (www.navajoprep.org) - Farmington, New Mexico
In conjunction with the Navajo Preparatory School, awarded the fourth, annual, Marjorie A. Urciuoli Scholarships for two qualified students, who have demonstrated to the school how the scholarship is beneficial to him/her.

Special Operations Warrior Foundation (www.specialops.org) - Tampa, Florida
Contributed to The Scholarship Program, which assists surviving children of fallen Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps special operations personnel. Scholarships offered are all grants, not loans, and can be used in private universities, state or community colleges, and vocational-technical training and career institutions.
